Super helpful friendly service. If you have an old bike that needs replacement parts come here first. They have things in storage you cant find online or at least way less expensive in my experience

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some laces may have made life difficult for me when I misplaced my receipt when I brought my bike in for a couple of repairs but not here. They recognized the brand of my bike and made life easy for a change. I appreciate always being greeted with genuineness. Keep it local at Koop's!!

Prince George’s best bike shop! They even work on electric scooters for the most part and that’s where they really helped me because it’s nearly impossible. If not nearly in impossible to get somebody to change the tire on electric scooter they help me in the past and then came through again thank you very much koops
The best bikeshop in town, they helped us fix our broken spoke in just a few minutes, also gave us great advice on our trip to Alaska. Make sure you go to this bike shop and not another one
Great business. We got a great bike here for a 5 year old and they were very helpful picking out the right size. Good buy back policy as the kids grow. They threw in a pair of training wheels. I'll never buy another bike from Canadian Tire since you can get a way better bike at Koops at a competitive price. The bike we got was lighter than the way smaller Canadian Tire one replaced.
Koops has been selling bikes in Prince George for 50 years! We have been shopping there almost as long. Recently I bought a luggage rack but I couldn’t install it. I went back and they were able to solve my problems. They were all helpful, friendly, and efficient. Koops is still a great place to shop for bikes!
Great service. I got a quote and picked up the bike repaired the same day, cheaper than the quote! Didn't get up sold, or charged for things that were not needed. I highly recommend and will be returning to them with my business!!

Best BMX store in PG let alone all of BC. This place has great stock of legit high quality BMX upgrades and full bikes as well. Family run for decades I bought my BMX from them as a kid in the 80’s. It’s such a great shop and I’ve visited a ton all over North America. Love the owners!

Koops is the only shop I'll go to. I'm an avid biker. The other shops just don't compare to the level of customer service Koops provides. The other shops (all of them) have the stereotypical "your bike isn't good enough" attitude, and I'm not ok with that. Koops rocks!

Good service doesn't come cheap. Koops won't service recumbent bikes, which isn't an issue for me. They replaced my derailer but the way they rewound the shifter destroyed the shifter. That said, the employees are courteous, if a smidgen blunt. They'll get you back on the road in a reasonable time if you ride an upright. Recumbent brothers go elsewhere.
Service is a mainstay at Koops. I always get my maintenance and repairs done here and love the service.

The staff here are great always friendly and welcoming and the prices are great, it's the best place to go if you need anything from riding bikes to skating or roller skating or more they have lots of gloves of all kinds helmets outfits for skating and many helmets and bike accessories and much much more, I personally recommend this place for anything you need!

Went in got a pump and a multi tool with a chain break and spoke tool to tighten up my spokes. All crew were great and very helpful in showing me how tools work. Be going back for sure to do more shopping for accessories or parts. I recommended place to my fam n friends who were asking where to go for bikes and accessories.

I bought a beautiful bike last year from Koops. Not only is the bike amazing, but the Customer service is second to none. I have been in several times with questions and to buy accessories or just for an adjustment. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend shopping here.

Ah I miss Koop's so much since I left Prince George. Their service was always amazing, personalized, speedy and reasonably priced. If my bikes had issues they'd fit me in right away and do better than I asked, fixing problems I didn't even know about. I wish I had something similar near me now. If I didn't live so far away now I'd still be taking my bikes there.

I have been coming to this locally owned Bicycle Shop since I learned how to ride a bike. The staff are always friendly and helpful and always offer great service. I will never go anywhere else for as long as I ride a bicycle! Keep up the good work!

This bike shop offers excellent service and has impressed me with how nice and easy the experience of getting my bike fixed with them was. They focus mostly on Opus bikes and BMX brands but have an array of good merchandise that is fun to browse. I got my old commuter road bike fixed for 60$ and that included a new wrap job on the handlebars, brake cables, brake adjusted, shifter fixed and tuned perfectly, bike computer remounted, bike cleaned and lubricated. The bike mechanic talked to me about how he fixed it and offered suggestions for testing balance at high speeds. Overall a great local bike shop. Also they sharpen skates well!
